ABOUT US

since 2006​

BLACK DIAMOND Catering has been serving the Los Angeles community for the past 7 years, serving high quality, delectable food to the entertainment industry, the corporate world and individual clients as well.

 

Jack M. Smiler, the Executive Chef and C.E.O., has a culinary degree from Le Cordon Bleu in Pasadena, CA where he graduated with top honors.  He has been in the food business for the past 30 years and prides himself on delicious food that looks good, too.

 

Max Bobritsky, the Co-Executive Chef and C.F.O., has a culinary degree from Le Cordon Bleu in Hollywood, CA where he graduated with honors.  He has been completely ensconced in the world of food ever since.

 

Both Jack and Max have cooking skills ranging from healthy (organic, vegan, raw) to delicious (French, American, Italian) and everything in between.  Whether you are having an event for 2 or 2,000, BLACK DIAMOND CATERING can handle every situation with ease.
